Product Features

● Medical grade raw materials, produced in a 100000 level purification workshop, without nucleases or heat sources;

● The unlined polypropylene bottle cap has excellent leak proof effect, and the narrow mouth sealing is better;

● Can withstand a pressure of 98kpa inside the bottle, without liquid leakage, meeting the requirements of air transportation; Excellent low-temperature resistance, able to be used in freezers up to -100 ℃;

● Polypropylene material can withstand high-temperature sterilization at 121 ℃ for 30 minutes without deformation or leakage;

● Excellent chemical resistance, able to resist the vast majority of chemical decay;

● The bottle cap is equipped with a torque measurement design, suitable for automated canning lines;

● Single or double layer packaging of pharmaceutical grade PE bags, meeting the requirements for entering the clean area;

● Brown bottles can reduce ultraviolet light transmission, protect photosensitive contents, and prevent discoloration at high temperatures and organic solvents;
