The product exhibits outstanding performance in surface smoothness, pore uniformity, sealing integrity, biological purity, low absorbability, and SBS dimensional compliance.
Product Features
● A highly transparent and high-purity polypropylene raw material that complies with FDA211CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards, with excellent hydrophobicity, low dissolution, and low precipitation.
● Produced using high-precision molds and imported electric injection molding machines, the product has high precision, smooth inner walls, minimal liquid residue, and no dead corners in the rounded design.
● 99.99% online inspection of sealing integrity to ensure no leakage.
● Production in a 100000 level purification workshop, free from RNA enzymes, DNA enzymes, human DNA, PCR inhibitors, and endotoxins (heat sources). Sterile products are sterilized by irradiation, with a sterility level of 10-6 cubic meters.
● The product can be sterilized under high temperature and pressure at 121 degrees and 15 psi air pressure.
● SBS standard size, compliant with ANSI/SLAS 1-2004, suitable for use on automation equipment.
● The specifications are complete, with round holes, square holes, pointed bottoms, U-bottoms, flat bottoms, and different capacities available for selection.
